Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: Minimums vary depending on the printing or embroidery method. For screen printing, the minimum is usually 12 pieces; for embroidery, it’s typically 6 pieces. Some digital printing options have no minimum at all.

How do I place an order?

A: You can order online through our design tool, email us your artwork, or work directly with one of our specialists to create your design.

Can I see a proof before production?

A: Yes! We always send digital proofs for approval before starting production to ensure your design looks exactly as you envisioned.

Do I need to be a designer to create custom apparel?

A: Not at all — you can choose from our professionally designed templates or upload your own artwork. We also offer design assistance if you need help creating something from scratch.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

A: We recommend high-resolution files in formats like PNG, AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. If you only have a JPEG, we can often work with it or help convert it.
